What I find enjoyable:
- how the book has been composed
- Mitarai's character

What I don't find enjoyable:
- the English translation (really it does no justice to the original)
- long paragraphs of explanation that I'm not sure benefits the story

I usually update only after I've finished the book but this time I am so pissed off that I need to vent NOW. I am reading the original (Japanese) and the English translation at the same time. The English version is just wrong. "..it also happens to be an accounting of my fascination with women."/ "The devil was trying to freeze me to death!" Nope, not in the original work. There's NO such words in these pages. Ughh
