I will finish this book, but that beginning almost had me DNF...

Very broad, yes. But it's fitting in perfectly with all of the self evaluation and work I've been doing recently. And some things are already starting to click.

I'm really struggling. I want to enjoy this book, but there's so much happening, I can barely keep up with it all.

I'm really struggling to stay focused on this one. It has moments that are absolutely amazing and make me want to read more, quickly followed with complete and utter confusion where I have no idea where in the story I am. The chopping and changing of viewpoint isn't always helpful either.

I absolutely love being able to completely lose myself in a book. I really don't want to put it down.

I am riding every emotional rollercoaster with Meghan. I feel everything she does. It is absolutely incredible. It has been a long long time since a book has consumed me quite this much and made me slip into a character so convincingly.

Devastated that I have to wait to finish this book now. I was getting incredibly engrossed in this book too. Oh well. Hopefully I'll get an opportunity soon to finish it. And then onto the next one!

People say I'm weird but I love rereading books. If I didn't, what would be the point of reading them? So yes, I am rereading this book.

Wow. This book kinda has a way of sucking you in. To start with I wasn't too sure about and was beginning to think that I wouldn't finish it. But I kept reading it to make sure I wasn't giving up to early. Now I'm struggling to put it down.

I am really glad I stuck with this book regardless of all the not so good reviews. Sure it takes a while to get there, but it is the first book in a series. And I do love reading about other religions, especially when they involve Norse beliefs.
