maybe the worst book I've picked up this year? cumbersome

so many trigger warnings missing at the beginning? but super interesting so far.

I started this... months ago... interesting but definitely not a page-turner

that book is itself far from perfect (haha) but I keep it on my nightstand to read a few pages between (other) books. It does contain a few good nuggests about perfectionism and procrastination.
