I'll Be Gone in the Dark: One Woman's Obsessive Search for the Golden State Killer
Reading true crime books: it's all funs and games until you have to walk home alone at almost 1AM and and suddenly everything is 100% more terrifying.
Seriously though, this is superbly written, and reading it now that we know who the guy is gives a fascinating perpective.
