Loving this sloooow burn so far, I can see why so many people read this and then read it again. Deets, Gus, and Lorena are my favs so far, but I definitely also have a soft spot for Newt and most of the crew tbh.

“The older the violin, the sweeter the music” is probably my favorite line right now, but pick a page and there’s a gem on it.

If I wasn’t reading this for a bookclub, I’d be DNFing right now. I’m so booooorrrred. I hope it gets better. We shall see

Why am I 200 pages in and nothing has happened? What? The writing is great, sure, but there has been no character development or plot development 😭
