Reading this book on recommendation of my therapist (lol) and completing it as a service to her more than anything.
Focuses more on how the live to 100* than helping discover my purpose in life - which is why I was told to read it.
*don’t over eat, live life slow, keep moving etc. The book mostly ignores the likely genetic benefits of being born in the remote part of Japan the book often discusses.
