Reading the ebook. For some reason only audiobook on Goodreads?

I'm liking this final book within this collection (more to go, though!).
There was a book or two there where things seems to drag, but I'm enjoying the writing again. Less repetition over how awesome Finan's eyesight is, and more guile from Uhtred (always fun).

Have to say, the TV show did a great job at making Uhtred more appealing to female viewers/potential readers. In-book, he is less likeable, but my guess is he wasn't written to be liked by the ladies.

Really enjoying this one.

It is somewhat disturbing just how excited I get to come across Sicarius again.

Ah... I do love these characters.
