i wanted to rate it 2 stars but the book was okay i guess... a bit boring & i didnt like all the references about black people it was weird & unnecessary.

I COULD NOT PUT THIS BOOK DOWN! i finished the entire book in one day.... tiffany jacksons writing style is impeccable & had me eager for more. i thoroughly enjoyed the family dynamic in this story, although i found it annoying how shea kept saying all these terrible things abt how enchanted wanted it... making her doubt & question herself, especially since in her mind she thought staying with him was helping her fam

this book so was much better than the 2nd one, so much drama. loved it

i only just got into sally rooneys books, starting with conversations with friends & normal people (no surprise). i loved them both so much & i really adored sallys writing style... i had to find more of her books to read & i don't know why but mr salary was quite a bore for me... i literally fell asleep twice whilst reading. i dropped the book for another day but still i found it so hard to conutine reading.
