1/2 way, and I already want to reread it. A number of points to reconsider in different lights that I keep going backwards and forward again.

Meditation to prepare for sleep; I’m already on the right track as I have started off sleeping on my right side for many years. Right hemisphere is dominate and active with left nostril taking the majority of work breathing.
