Took a while to read this with the kiddo. He liked the story, thought it was funny and fun, BUT (and honestly the way he said ‘but’ was much larger than that) there weren’t enough pictures.
I thought the story was fun. The narrator definitely sounded like a kid without going over the top. Like they were recanting the story to their favourite older relative and it was just delightful.
