So far, it seems like Mr. Lucarini realized that his own, personal reasons for enjoying CCM were incorrect, and projected those reasons onto the whole movement. I can also raise several arguments to his main argument, which is basically a more articulate version of "it's taking sinful music and putting Christian words to it." However, I definitely want to give him a chance to finish saying what he's saying.

Well, folks, after a month of struggling, I have to admit that I officially have NO time to read. At this point, I'm basically giving up until school starts.

Sasha is reading Can We Trust the Gospels?: Investigating the Reliability of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John
I absolutely adore this book so far. Roberts is straightforward and provides SOLID, respectable arguments. He is very objective and gives credit where credit is due on both sides of the debate, without apologizing for his own position. The book is written for the average reader, but he provides suggestions for people who want a deeper, more academic approach. I'm looking forward to seeing what else he has to say.

Wait... this is by Robert Louis Stevenson? Why/How in the world was I thinking it was by H.G. Wells? Well, that explains the writing style...
