There is no doubt that the book is well written with some really nice lines "Promiscuity is about searching" comes to mind. Overall though it bored me. I understood what he was trying to do but it just went on and on and failed to grab me. I have never seen the movie but will try to make a point of seeing it in a hope that it is better then the book.
