A slow read but it was interesting and informative
Lots of what I already knew which was the trades have many high paying jobs.
The best thing I learned was the why generation prefers experience over all else which is part of the push and pull of employing them. Not always being able to provide an experience that they want to engage in. Vs older generation who maybe were bound by a sense of duty alone
