This whole book seems like it was written as a confirmation bias to the author’s own experience, which, ok, except it’s presented as the pros and cons of the hormonal birth control pill. So far it seems to show very little data outside her own experience. While I think experience based data is very important in the field as underresearched as women’s health, this book lacks the nuance it claims to have.
