I am having such a great time reading this book tbh. Someone once said that if you take the soundtrack out of a horror movie, then you can tell when it jump scare is coming and you won’t be nearly as scared and that’s exactly what’s happening so I’m actually enjoying this slasher novel and the romance was building appropriately. It it’s going great.
