Exactly like the movie so far, enjoying having the characters in mind and love the way its worded so it sounds like the black ladys accent is actually in the book.

There are no more dragons, because of fear. Fear in its own way, kills. Fear causes people to not do the things that they need to do. There is only one dragon, Maia, left in the cave. They have not only found a way to defeat Nettlebrand, but can also carry out the task that is required to kill him.

The story is progressing more and more with every page, giving not only the point of view of the narrator, but also from the narrators brother. Not only is it adding more to the story, but it's also giving the reader a different view of the Martians taking Earth over.

There are many people who are coming together because of the four of them. They have found the way to the Rim of Heaven, but there is still Nettlebrand looking forward to them leading him right to the other dragons. Gaining more and more suspense with every chapter.

Twigleg finally came through. Although many people would be upset under similar circumstances that they were betrayed, they did not. In fact, they use his ability to their advantage. Very entertaining and wondering what they are going to do next.

The characters are finally learning to get along, more than they were before. Twigleg also seems to have a little more conflict going on than the others. He doesn't want to hurt the boy but at the same time he wants to follow the orders that his master has set. Growing more and more suspenseful.

The way that the Martians are treating the humans are showing us that this is what it is like for all animals who have lost their homes and their lives to humans. Doing a good deed and not extending it to others, is not fair to the one who has to suffer for both.

Professor Greenbloom has been very kind to the group, not only was he willing to rescue Firedrake from the Basilisk, and Sorrel, Ben and Twigleg from the other humans, but he gave up most of his provisions to ensure that they had enough on their journey. He gave them so much, that I wish people were still like this today.

The meaning of the book speaks louder than any book ever written. Humans have hardly any compassion that that say of animals and those who have gone extinct. People have ruined the meaning of humanity, and the aliens who come, show them that everything that they thought was cruel, was about to change. Love it so far.

The book is starting to have many obstacles put into it. The main characters are finally facing their nightmares in sheep's clothing. Great so far

Been great example of acceptance so far when they ask the boy to go with them, I'm sure that the boy will become a bigger part of the story when we get closer and actually start the journey.

It was different than any non fiction book I've read. The only thing I had to do was make sure I was in a quiet place so I could catch everything the book was trying to tell me.
