I checked the book out from the library. I read the majority of it but spot read the parts of the body I did have problems with. I had an occupational therapist help me so much after a car accident with tripper point therapy. The body relaxation part was interesting as well. However, I have found Bob and Brad PT and stretching after massage has been a better cure for my muscle problems and tension headaches.
