This book. Is hard. To read. Too many fragments. As if I need an audio book in order to understand this, as if this book is better spoken than read silently in my head. Too many pauses for emphasis that would be delightful in public speaking but terrible and utterly and painfully simple put on paper.

The thing with double POVs always is that there's always a part that I like more than the other. I love the writing! And Emily. But her parts are so huge and then Damon's parts are only 3 or 4 pages, compared to Emily's 9-10. Maybe it'll pick up soon?
