This book is a hot mess. The writing has a flow where you can't put it down but the characters are all horrible except maybe I can excuse Hazard cause of his trauma. I am in too deep to not finish it but I got a feeling this is gonna leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Good starter book to anyone wanting to get into 'queer' history. So far it's mostly stuff I already knew but with more context.

ok is it me or this book kinda bonkers and a slightly rapey. also like is law knew what he was gonna do with tom why didn't he come prepared. cooking oil? seriously? also like tom if ya scare just kick the dude on the nuts and run b. but I can't stop...gotta see if to the end like a train wreck.

Writing is very good and the general plot interesting. Romance? Owen deserved better. I hated Mitch from beginning to end.

this is frustrating. so much being said and nothing being said at the same time. also waiting for this dude to go crazy when he comes to terms with his grief.

idk why I can't keep reading this book. I enjoy the writing and the setting.

I kinda can't stand the top on this one. He grates on my nerves and I'm kinda getting tired of the rich boy falling in love with the trade stories.

Kinda repetive in some places and also kinda frustrating. This two obviously wanna bone from page three but something always stops it before it happens and I am getting wound up.
