I've heard some interesting debates on this book, but the concept goes with what I believe most people fear about death more than death itself. Let's see how this goes...

There's so much emphasis on how beautiful this woman is and she's got the least character development of all of them. I guess she's just incredibly hot?

Enter Van Helsing.

I have to read this book on my ereader so I can search uncommon phrases I'm not aware of. So far we've been focused on Stephen the tortured artist and Buck's terse relationship. To put it in a modern way, Buck is an ass. I can't really fault Stephen for over thinking, I do that myself. His idea that Hamlet himself was his own ghost of his father must be in a psychology book somewhere.

This might take a while.

The first line started with my pet peeve. Presumptuous, comparison... I'm going to ignore that and hope this is a good one.

This is written by Ransom Riggs' wife. That's probably not a good reason to read a novel, but it's enough that I'm going to.
