Oh man this is good.

This will be my second read of this series. I needed something i knew would hold my attention.

This is such a cute book. The little girl keeps getting confused by the many ways things are said in English. I’m reading this because my daughter is reading it and I wanted to be able to ask questions that would be meaningful when she talks to me about what she has read. I’m glad I decided to pick it up to read this afternoon.

Life got in the way and I started this book again. I am enjoying the fantasy and mystery of the story. I look forward to what is to come before the last page.

So far I feel motivated to something. He sure does know how to catch your attention in the beginning. Let’s do this.

Danika and I are enjoying reading this story together. I wish Kassandra was interested in it, but I am sure she will come around some time. Anyway, we are about to start on “The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe”. I remember reading it when I was a kid and look forward to reading it again.

The girls seem quite interested in this book so far. One chapter in, and they want to know what happens next. Chores first then maybe another chapter tonight. I enjoy reading to them so much.

Danika is enjoying me reading it to her. She always has a cute comment about things she hears. Some of it is above her vocabulary but I explain it the beat I can while reading it. Kassandra falls asleep while in reading it. I don’t think she is ready for reading this series yet, but we won’t leave her out.

It is dry content, but very interesting. If you have served in the military you've heard a lot of the quotes or seen how The Art of War comes into play. All military leaders should read and study this book.
