Its a very exciting action aventure sci fi fantasy Mystery story, even though the writing does make some scenes hard to follow.

Also, i know that the author probably has a personal Wiki about the lore of this universe and i kinda just want the exposition dump so that i can follow the story a little better. I kinda dont know what each of the Houses does? Still a pretty fun and gripping read tho

The random sci-fi esque vocabulary does kind of annoy me but the story is really fast paced and fun

THE SISTERS

interesting little piece, i kinda gagged with the writing. I needed to re-read stuff a couple times to really get it, but i think theres a real rithm to It, and its something that makes you wanna read AGAIN, not stop reading. Ill also say i loved How he kinda started and ended out of nowhere but still also at a perfect time. Makes me think about more "random" endings.

Livro continua bom, leitura fluida mesmo em francês. Uma das minhas coisas favoritas que a autora usa é quando a gente vê o ponto de vista de um personagem e logo em seguida o de um outro personagem falando de como ele REALMENTE é.

O capítulo da Lydia Bazooka foi uma das coisas mais engraçadas que eu li recentemente pqp

The book basically Works through vignettes of the people Vernon asks to crash with for a day and its wonderful. Despentes really has a knack for crafting these contemporary broken toys (including Vernon himself) that chart current day France, warts and all.

I particularly liked Emilie, i could see her whole life play out before my eyes and it was heartbreaking

A prosa da Despentes é contemporânea mas refinada. Eu tenho alguns problemas com vocabulário, mas as frases são claras e eu gosto como ela usa comentários ácidos pra caracterizar Vernon e o seu círculo de conhecidos e passados

Wow this is being a pretty tight and cool fantasy story. It Just needs to stick the landing and ill give It four stars. Also i dont understand why people are saying that Harry always pulls something out of his ass to solve things. Like hes a Wizard and we dont really know the Full extent of his Powers, he comes up with clever solutions after outlining his limitations.

Ohhhh so this is the type of juicy drama bridgerton WANTS to be... I still cant understand old Joseph tho, but from what im gathering hes a real ass
