So just now realizing that this is the third in a series…. But I really like the banter and don’t want to stop to go back and read the other two friends’ books.

It. Just. Got. Interesting.

I love this series and author so much. I was so ready for the Crows and it is amazing!

I cannot express the absolute slog this book has been so far, it’s been like 3 days and I am halfway through. The setup should not take this long. All the right parts are here to be a cute and cozy fantasy read, but it’s just not moving. And if it goes this slow to the end the relationship will be unbelievable as they have literally just met!

Ok I am only on chapter 2 and I might need to go read book 1 again or skim it. I’m pretty sure I had theories, but it’s been so long and maybe too many SJM and Yarros books between then and now.

Had to pause for the review book, which is taking longer than usual, I really would rather dive back into this.

Literally nothing has happened, ok that’s a lie, the bare minimum of setting up an interesting mystery has happened and the main characters have done NOTHING about it… instead they are all caught up in woe is me feelings and still avoiding each other as well as stillllll milking a misunderstanding from when they were 19!!! I may quit this book, I already submitted my review.

This is a wild ride so far. But I can’t be this far in and this is the first time the heroine’s hair color is mentioned.

Ok thing are heating UP! It’s all coming together!

It’s a slooooow burn but I enjoy a true enemies to lovers in my Romantasy, give me the banter and the yearning.

So far it’s just establishing the main FMC and MMC along with the world/magic. I’m intrigued. I’ll probably regret reading this so far from the second book’s release date.

The humor and banter is so good. I loved both main characters from the start. There are also great side characters including a horse and goat.

It is so good. Keep digging into the mythological lore.

As expected I’m immediately drawn in by Bannen’s humor, the interesting world, and wonderful way of writing. I could not be more excited to return to Eternity and these characters that I adore.

Ah, yes, the only one horse trope. I do love thee.

While I know from the previous book’s ending that many hoped it would be Pride’s book next, I am thrilled it is Gluttony. I love a good rivals to lovers and this has been entertaining so far. Cinderella twisted retelling is interesting too.

Things are finally coming together. Ahhhhh!

It just keeps getting more interesting, and this slow burn is at least spicy along the way.

Didn’t expect to stumble into a fake engagement trope that fit for next month’s book club theme, but I’ll take it! I love this so far! I adore the world and the characters’ banter is excellent. Plus who doesn’t love some good mystery with an intriguing scavenger hunt style adventure.

Struggling to stay with this one, I don’t particularly like Evie. She makes bad decisions, is whiny, and everything the author says about her doesn’t make her sound remotely attractive or interesting. Her family is downright hateful, the setup was a stretch on her end. Anderson is not nice even when he shows glimmers of a heart, I honestly keep reading for scenes with Snowball the Pomeranian.
