Decidedly mixed feelings about this book. I'm engaged in the world and the main character. But, the structure seems arbitrarily obtuse. Like, they took a story that could have been presented linearly and chopped it up for some effect that didn't work. Still, I need to know how it ends.

Some very nicely done twists and turns in this book. The characters layers are being pulled back. Very much enjoying this.
