Note to self: try NOT as an audiobook

I really wanted to like this but it was just kind of slow and felt superficial. Just meh.

I’ve read all of the Eddie Flynn books up to this point so far, and sadly this was my least favorite. It might be just because the subject matter was SO horrifying (and yet probably so accurate for some people) or possibly because I couldn’t keep most of the lesser characters straight because they were all terrible humans.

4.5 stars. Really enjoyed.

Ok, I absolutely loved this. Especially as an audiobook. Well done!

I love you. I will read every word you write.

Chris is my single most favorite author, but I haven’t loved some of his newer ones. I did very much like this one though. And maybe the timing was a little too close to home to be read amid an actual pandemic, but I very much enjoyed this one.

3.5. Solid, not special.

Liked this a lot- super quick. I personally wish it had less religion in it, but otherwise fantastic.

This book was unlike anything else I’ve ever read. I found there to be a lull about a third of the way through and thought it was going to. E difficult to finish, but then there were all these crazy things that started happening and making sense of things. I’d give it a solid 3.5-4 Stars.

LOVED. Could not stop reading. Loved the format, and excited to say I figured out a major plot point about 2/3 of the way through 😊
