i really dig the writing of garrett leigh and loved all of her works that i have read so far…however for this one i lost interest halfway. i didn’t really care for the couple as much as i would have liked. bummer, on to the next!

When I finished S02E07 last year and S02E08 was still yet to be published, I remembered being sick to my stomach anticipating what's gonna happen. I vowed to just wait and let Cole McCade finish the rest of the series so I wouldn't have to struggle with cliffhangers. BUT I SEE ALL MY GOODREADS FRIENDS READING THIS NOW AND I AM VERY TEMPTED TO FUCK IT AND FUCK CLIFFHANGERS AND I JUST MISS MALCOLM AND SEONG JAE SO MUCH

ohmygod this is so good and heartbreaking at the same time. i feel like i'm gonna sob so hard at the end T___T also hey friends, i'm back from my hiatus! very very excited to read more amazing m/m stories out there that i missed out!

I need to pause. I just can't go on with this heavy, miserable heart. Honestly, Idk if I would continue on with the rest of the series because all I know is ~fuck you Shane, what an asshole~ Gilli deserves way more than that. Everyone knows i'm such a HUGE cole mccade fan and this was just released earlier this day so you can probably imagine how much i'm shaking of anticipation right now 🥴 have read amazing things bout this right off the bat and i cannot wait to be immersed in his damn amazing writing and story again 🙈

WAY TOO HIGH expectations for this one.

Less than 50 pages in and I'm already in love with the writing. Ugh I feel joy, love, light, and heartache coming 😭

Welp. DNF. I'm sorry but this was so mediocre. The characters had potential but they suffered with the basic plot. I kept waiting for a conflict or drama to happen and so I skimmed a few pages and then found out that there was little to no conflict at all. Such a bummer since I liked the previous books.

Ha. Jake is a prick 🙄 but literally i have no idea who Tiernan's going to end up with...

I am freaking nervous and excited because I want to know more about Remo. I'm more nervous of the possibility that I would fall in love with Remo harder than Luca (i love love love Luca so darn much). But i feel like Serafina would be a stronger and wiser female lead than Aria

Okay haha. I'm reading this for a TBR challenge. Y'know I'm a Roman Catholic and so I was reaaaaaally hesistant to pick up this book. But a challenge's a challenge so might as go all the way 🤣 Wish me luck! Gonna be as open-minded as possible.
