Not going to lie, I took a break and now that I've returned the writing style that I needed a breather from feels more exhausting than ever.

I'm really enjoying the developing relationship between the MC's. I think the sweetness of this book is being made less saccharine by the writing style which is really keeping me on my toes, and to be honest, vastly increasing my reading time...hence a little timeout with something more straightforward.

Okay, I want a quality friends that become more lesfic....any suggestions? All I can think of is 'Imagining reality' (I think thats the one by Lynn Galli) but I don't fancy reading that. Any suggestions warmly welcomed. Ta!

What an awesome start...2 chapters in and I'm chuckling at the quirkiness of the main character Cliff and intrigued to see where it will go...so many possibilities I hope it's good!

Having to take a break, I'm not sure if its the book or me, but its feeling like a bit of a chore rather than something I want at the moment...theres something thats a bit too, errr, predictable....I dunno, conforming(?) thats making me a bit leery. I'll be back after I hit some tried and tested reads.

Got an emotionally challenging week ahead so need the reluable comforr of the familiar.

Really helpful, the first 90% I have read and referred back to several times. Clear and to the point with enough humour to make it easy to read and enjoy.

Some good advice in there but you have fo trawl through the thousands of words to find them.

Struggling now, so many inconsistencies...its like it's been written by an amnesiac...one minute the issue is this and the next its that, eyes that start off as green turn pale blue, epically long hair is suddenly short then long again...its doing my head in! Helping me to see how vital a line editor can be.

This is my first audio book since Harry Potter 15 or so years ago! The reader is not quite Stephen Fry but its livening up my drive to work. I think I may have found a new routine, I'm looking forward to my commute!

Urgh, Im too far in to quit but I may have well watched 'The Bodyguard'
