You thought it was a good idea to tell your dad that you’re dating two bodyguards with no preparation and just land it on him after he was promised no more bodyguard-client relationships and you thought it was gonna go okay? He was gonna welcome them with open arms to the family?
And Banks and Akara standing there like they didn’t just shit on Ryke’s trust, especially Akara. I already can’t with this book.
