Any owner of an old home knows you ignore things at your peril. We have inherited the old house that is this country. While we didn't build or create the cracks, we are the ones that have to live with and fix it. (Not direct quotes)

The narrators voice is very monotone. Which is soothing. But not what one necessarily wants while listening to an audio book while driving. Once you get used to it, it's not so bad. At nearly halfway through I still have no idea where the story is heading. More is revealed the further you go.

Had to return it to the library before I finished it again. One day.

Welp. After taking many pages of notes - caved and ordered the book.
