So far, I'm struggling to like Mikira. She's hot blooded and headstrong but also kind of dumb. She is making so many bad decisions that do not work in her favor. Ari is slightly better, but I'm not sure what to make of her yet. As for Damien and Reid, they're alright but no chemistry with their love interests.

Im kinda hating the love rectangle here...only because I like Maven more so far and its painfully obvious that Cal is gonna get the girl.

this is not bad. Its very romance fluffy but omg the heroine's mother is ruining this book for me. Sure I get that this is not going to be a deep book that everyone gets significant character development. BUT her sole purpose seems to be to cause friction for the main couple even if her actions are rather unreasonable.

I think the main guy is meant to be Kye....but is it bad if i think my heart has been stolen by Lochlen instead? Ah,...but its probably not meant to be since hes actually a dragon and Drastona has more a friendship thing going on with him. Pity...hmmm .

hmm i think this would make a better stand alone book rather than a series. unless Verlaine is gonna be the heroine of the next book. id read that.

Ohh I'm loving the dangerous new planet but part of me wants to off Amy. Something about her just irritates me.

Amy is annoying me with her immature personality once her parents came back.*sigh and Elder is not strong enough to be a leader. Hes completely losing out to Amy's dad. I wish the main characters were stronger and less selfish.

her school life is boring me so far but im dreading the heartbreak thats coming since the reviews tell me a lot of people cried at the ending. i just hope its not going to be 470 pgs of boring school or her being bitchy to the uncool kids.
