This book is an interesting study on how an ordinary person can utilize the biological function of adaptability to their advantage to become an expert in whatever field they want when using deliberate practice methods. The studies are interesting and give hope to dreamers who are willing to Putin the effort.

I love Marcus’ writing style and have started testing the different recipes in the book. Great info!

An interesting story about a Wise man who lives on a mountain and the many Pilgrims that passed through to visit him. It’s an interesting method of telling a story and lots of mini-aphorisms. If your looking for something different to read this one is interesting.
