I enjoyed the first half of the book, but I absolutely hate the direction it is taking now.

And YES let’s take some unknown drugs from a stranger, without asking what they are, cause you know ... reasons. The man with the magic mouth and dick said so.

Aaaaaand she is a virgin. Of course. The first meeting was horrible, in my opinion, I don‘t expect it to get much better.

The Second story was Kind of a surprise. Talia Hibbert usually doesn‘t shy away from heavy and difficult topics like abuse or bullying. But mostly she keeps her tone lightly with that bit of humor I enjoy so much.

This one was told in a lot darker and grittier voice, I really liked that. 3.5 stars.

Eh. First Story 2 stars.

BOY am I grad, that this was Not my First Talia Hibbert story, I definitely wouldn‘t have Picked up another book by her.

Sigh. Even thought in anger and with the knowledge it isn‘t true. Those words and the message behind them are so ugly and I am so over them.
Can‘t we finally get rid of the jealous, shallow woman trope and stop woman bashing altogether? I never met one of those extreme bitches, are other countries that different?

I like the concept, but the pacing is really, really slow, it’s rather boring for me.

Next novella by Rebecca Crowley is finished. A decent 3 star read.

Second novella by Annabeth Albert finished. Nice f/f story, but I didn‘t really feel the spark. 3 stars.

First story by Talia Hibbert. 4 stars

I get the feeling, I didn‘t Start with the right book. But the premise interests me so far, so I am getting now to The Dark Queen series and then come back to this one.

Alright. DNF‘ing at 36 %. This is getting worse and worse. First LLV book and Most definitely my last. Last straw was the unprotected sex.

Um. Yeah, no. DNF‘ing this Shit right now, this is just too ridiculous.

This is ... actually getting worse.
