I enjoyed the story. But the pointless political push that has literally nothing to do with the story is stupid. Not all men are evil just like not all men are good. And the lgbt tirade the made girl just went on is pointless. As a result, dnf

The littles snipes at politics is literally pointless and stupid. It’s a book and the story has virtually nothing to do with the politics being brought up

I’m very glad the book is making it clear he’s not a pervert, but also following that up with “the minute she turned 18” seems slightly contradictory

I’m intrigued, but I also feel like there’s a lot of background missing and there at the very least should’ve been a prologue

He should’ve been the bad guy and not let her sister go. Obviously she’s getting involved with the EV people

There was something about the last book that made me think their was a traitor. Obviously there is now with the secret meeting before the official meeting

I think it’s weird how often he’s referred to as being possessed bc I don’t really think it fits the story

The writing is a bit mediocre and slightly choppy. Maybe just not polished, but that said. He is wonderfully written so far so I will keep reading bc I already love him. Her I feel like is iffy

Again with the discrepancies. That line about angel finding him in a bar was from the last book. The whole backstory for them in the series was they served together

A little inconsistent with her apartment above but then 2 pages before she slept in the office when she couldn’t get home

I really want Relay to get with Sophie. I just think the 2 broken people thing would work really well here
