Reading this I'm having flashbacks popping off by a novel from Lorelei James I read some 15 years ago... One-night stand w/ cowboy leading to pregnancy. Her trying to track down the baby daddy who stays away unaware for more than a year, ending up co-parenting and him working in close proximity to win her back...

what a bunch of drama queens... this is drama for the sake of drama...

Oh My God every time Kristoff leads the narrative and speaks with Lothaire about Furie I'm getting heart attacks... I'm going to need a sedative to get through this but I wouldn't dare numbing down the fireworks in my chest!

This is a struggle... I hate the heroine and her stupidity, I hate her twin that's even more stupid, I hate the oversimplified society of this worldbuilding, the fact that "Immortal" faeries are not well fledged out at all. Exactly how old is this heroine to go to school with other "Immortal" noble fairies that hate mortals with a passion and try to assassinate her not once, not twice but three times with impunity?

is this plot going anywhere... i hate everything about this book, and the heroine most of all!

Oh my, what a train wreck... I've been really trying to show patience lately with some less than absolute nitwits passing for heroines, but this one takes the cake. This girl is an absolute disaster.

So far lots of internal babbling, what he thinks that she thinks and vice versa. And way too much head-hopping. Don't see much chemistry between the two leads

So I started hated Jenny's guts by 70%, but now it has escalated to a full blown wrath... Trying to finish the story while I can't stand the heroine is excruciating...

One of the best seduction scenes from an alpha male that I have read in like... ever. Although this was written more than 30 years ago, it rivals some of the more contemporary romance works and wins with a huge margin ahead. The writing is so smooth, so uninterrupted, just beautiful...

No... no more jumping to present with your shrink girl! What an absolute disaster of a narrative. Forcing myself to end this story as fast as I can... I am so done with this

Already exhausted with the past/present his/hers PoV hop arounds...

Mamoru/Usagi cosplay in a sex scene is down right a dirty move and not in a good way since I've been a huge fan of sailor moon (and the romantic love between the characters) and on top of that my eek factor is red flagging this for all its worth with the a** play...

Ok I got the POV formula. Whenever she is sad/depressed/fidgeting/looking at her shoes/needs rescuing, I 'm being transported to the mind of the guy she is talking to and that he identifies that she needs rescuing. After he acknowledges that she's a saint, POV switches back to her, just in time to create sympathy and bounce back to the "action". I just want to smack myself now...

Currently on my 2013 writing challenge! Hoping the book is finished by early December.
