Such a difficult read. Honestly, it's poorly written but its his story told in his words.
And as hard as it is to read, it shines a light on a reason we should all be keeping our eyes out for these situations.

I don't get why people read her writing... Completely out of touch trying to sound young but writing about things she clearly knows nothing about... I can appreciate a good Mary Higgins Clark- but Mary Jane, had none of her talent.

This is my first read by this author, literally
Picked up on a clearance rack at b&n- I went in with no expectations. I really-truly loved it. Sat and read it on a road trip. It was well developed. For those who question language/ content- obviously you don't know city kids...
