So far.... this is amazing. The tension is building so well!

Ugh, another hard hitting contemporary with hugely relatable characters and a heartbreaking plot that gives me sadness for the duration of the book! Like the Astonishing Color of After, I have mixed feelings. I think they're in a blender.

Well, I sure don't feel ready for these characters to drown. My heart is sinking with the boat.

So far, it's everything I expected. Really good.

I'm expecting a lot from this.

Every page has me noticing and admiring this beautiful writing.

Nice so far. I feel like it's setting me up for a seriously emotional climax, but I can't know yet.

I already wouldn't recommend this to everyone. To some people, maybe even most people, but....

Already better than the first one.

So heart-crushing. Sad doesn't measure up.

I love this so far. The characters are hilarious and cute. At this point, I"m expecting either a fantastic finish, or a lame book, because it's building everything up perfectly for something awesome. I'll be disappointed if it's lame.
