This is an interesting and fun read for anyone who is a history buff and has day dreamed of going back in time. I am a bit disappointed in the editing since the word « crops » seems to have been replaced with « corn » which really should be fixed since it takes away from the credibility of the book. Corn was not introduced into Europe until the very last years of the fifteenth century.
