Waaay too much navel gazing. DNF

DNF. Poorly written. I gave up at 14% when the ghost showed up. Just plain silly.

DNF. Too much naval gazing. Couldn’t get past the first few chapters

DNF. Interesting material soooo boringly written that I couldn’t make it much past 30%.

DNF. I know it’s a classic but got tired of wading through all the silly ‘Adventures’. The theme is man’s inhumanity to man via slavery. I got that in the first few chapters.

DNF. Somewhat interesting material so very boringly written! Good sleeping pill! Sad because I wanted to learn all, but not gonna happen.

DNF. Boringly silly one horse idea.

DNF. Somewhat interesting, especially as it relates to today and Ukraine. Before the US entered WWII there was the same conflict between interventionists and isolationists. The book is amazingly researched which is both a plus and it’s downfall. Way too much detail made it hard to plow through and I gave up. Someone else may have more interest in the detail.

DNF. The story of the couple is interesting but it is alternated chapter and chapter with men in coffee houses discussing Greek politics. If like me you know nothing of Greek political history you will be lost.

DNF. Too preachy. Also needs more transition sentences between paragraphs. Jumps around suddenly.

DNF. poorly written. Too much lecturing on Jung.
