For the record: I will not be roasting an NYC pigeon to feed my family. But so far I like what I’ve read.

It’s hard not to be entertained (so far!) by a book that includes the phrase, “Our collective love language appears to be talking shit about each other.”

I can only hope to say a word with the same disdain as Stanley Tucci says “sweatpants.”

So far, this is a pretty vicious book. I think it’s impossible for any of this information to be new to anyone who lived through the second half of the Twentieth century, but the level of detail—and the vitriol in which it’s given—is a lot.
