I just finished The Girl from Krakow: A Novel.The book kept my interest but it was both deep and shallow. A small glimpse into a time/world most would like to forget. It tries to tell too much that cannot be expressed and rushes through the storyline to tell what is really only an example of the whole. A good read nevertheless.
