This book is not an easy read. The author uses a lot of seldom used words and phrases and at times the tempo is slow with the story line drawn out. Story line is OK which has kept me reading it so far. I'm just over 1/3 the way through at page 251.

Peter is on page 248 of 432 of Ranger Games: A Story of Soldiers, Family and an Inexplicable Crime
An excellent story told from different perspectives. So there is a lot of repetition as the various people involved try to determine just what did happen and why a group of army Rangers robbed a bank. A good insight into the processes both physically and mentally required to become an army Ranger.

A slow read so far. I haven't quit figured out the underlying theme yet as the book seems to ramble along. I'll give it a few more chapters before deciding to finish the book.

Peter is on page 206 of 380 of The Golden House
So far I'd rate a a 3. The story line is OK but reading is a slow go at times. Rushie becomes verbose at times over emphasizing a point or goes way overboard citing examples almost as though he's trying to impress readers with his knowledge.

I continue to read this text book. I find it interesting but slow reading as I don't have an accounting or economist background. I'm just starting chapter 7.

Free for All was not one of the comic strips in my local paper so these were new to me. So I'm enjoying the premise and humor Brett Merhar

Slow going for me. The book is interesting and I like & understand what Tim is presenting. However, the book is more like a college text book requiring concentration while reading so I'm taking my time reading it.

A long read as reads like a text book. Novel paints an excellent picture of the sciences & politics in Europe for the time period 1650 - 1680's

Read the 1st 4 short stories and found them enjoyable. Each was different and held your attention so you didn't want to put the book down until you finished the story.
