This memoir was heartfelt. I like how Stephanie explained the various therapies, recounted the Asian traumas that are transferred to future generations -- touched on a bit of epigenetics, and showed her vulnerability. I particularly liked Joey's proposal and their letters to their wedding guest. Her parting words inspired me - there is agency and hope.

Once again, Mitch Albom captured a story that will resonate with me for a long time. Through a heartfelt story through the voice of the Angel of Truth, he shares how a lie told over and over can look like the truth. The story tackles, love, devotion, survival, sadness, revenge, power, and redemption. I learned that radical honesty is essential, fosters connections, and increases self-awareness.
