The BEST resource for understanding and tackling sleep issues I have ever come across. I’ve been studying sleep for several years and it wasn’t until a podcast W. Chris Winter appeared on that totally changed my perspective on sleep. His book delves even further into the topic in a way that is humorous, practical and effective! I’ve been recommending this book to all of my friends. Life changing!
