I’ll admit, I was a little concerned with the slow 🐌start, but I should know by now not to underestimate AY’s storytelling.

For those reading Brimstone, let's play a drinking game. Take a sip every time Saeris or Fisher says “my mate” when a simple “he” or “she” would do. On second thought, please don’t. You’d be in the ER by chapter three with alcohol poisoning.

I must admit, it feels good to be reunited with Fisher and his filthy mouth 😮‍💨, Carrion and his nonstop witty banter, and Onyx the fox. 🖤

I love Adrienne Young, but this one has started out a bit too slow for my taste. Hoping it picks up soon. 🤞🏻

Not your typical vampire tale, and I'm here for it.

So hard to read at times, yet just as difficult to put down.
