Love the author's depiction of Malinche. So very original and frankly more plausible than other versions of this controversial figure I happened to see in fiction and non-fiction alike.

Love, love, LOVE the author's style, a mix of wonderful storytelling in a well-researched historical setting that feel so authentic, with the best of Monty Python's humor/sarcasm in practically every phrase. I don't want novel to end!
