I am 50% in and I am getting all the feels of cozy good vibes. I read two of the mini stories within the main story and they are still sitting on my heart.

This book definitely has my attention, but it is also teasing me a bit too.
Can't wait to see where it takes me!

This is an audible read for me.
It is interesting to hear it versus reading it. Not sure how I feel about this...

I am going to be the odd ball and I don't care (lol). Many people love this book and I don't understand why.
I am 30% in and I am not feeling this book.

The characters, the dialog, the premise....not here for it.
Even the constant sex is not arousing to me in any shape or form (I apologize if that is TMI).

I will keep pushing through since this is a book Club read, left to me, this torture would be over!

This book did not waste time setting the tone for what was yet to come. I am determined to finish this book now as I want to know what happened!

Oh, this book is so good!
I am intrigued by the culture, the colorful descriptions, and the ability of Alka Joshi to transport me to India from my living room, so that I can understand what is happening to the characters in this story!

This book drags because things can't be simply described- they are detailed. The book is beautifully written and I feel as if I am also there with the characters.

It is still early, but I was sucked in by the beginning, "This is the story of how my best friend disappeared. How nobody noticed she was gone except me. And how nobody cared until they found her...one year later".
