Miroku Nemeth is on page 220 of 448 of The Afterlife of Malcolm X: An Outcast Turned Icon's Enduring Impact on America
This is an interesting book especially for someone like me who has taught the Autobiography perhaps 70 times. It lays out A LOT, including for my father's generation (I have his original hardback from '65) to mine, with Spike Lee's X being one of the defining movies of my generation.

The biographies of the masters in his lineage were amazing. His biography is amazing. But the explanations of Hadith are miracles.

By this point, Reassurance has established a powerful intellectual and spiritual lineage connecting Shaykh Ṣāliḥ al-Jaʿfarī to earlier reformers such as Imam Ibn Idrīs and the Sanūsī family, whose influence extended across North Africa and into the anti-colonial movements of the 19th and early 20th centuries. It also describes the life of the great saints in the lineage, Al-Azhar, his sonand the Shaikh beautifully.

If anyone thinks Trump "looking into" pardoning Ghislaine Maxwell, you need to read Virginia Roberts Guiffre's book "Nobody's Girl," to see how Maxwell was an "apex predator." She was at least as evil as Epstein, if not more. Zi@nist demons in human form. Guiffre saw the Maxwell and Epstein as two parts of one whole.

I'm glad this is in English. I do wish it was more closely edited, though. There are mistranslations and errors, such as that the Prophet ﷺ struck Ubayy Bin Khalaf with a "sword" when Ubayy attacked him at Uhud, when it was a spear. (pg. 57). Even worse, the author names the attacker as "Umayah bin Khalaf" in one sentence then correctly as "Ubay bin Khalaf" as the next. There are other errors like that.

This book so far is extremely harrowing to read. It's a good reminder of the reality of evil in the world, and it's deeply deeply disturbing. I am reading it because the perverted devils in power connected to circles like Epstein's need to be held accountable, but it really is not easy to stomach what she and others like her experience. Makes you want to fight evil though. And worries you for children.

Ibram X. Kendi's new biography for youth on Malcolm X رَحِمَهُ اللهُ puts Joe Biden as a hero for anti-racism in the first chapter of the narrative by saying that he ran for president to oppose the white supremacist march in Charlottesville. It's cynical manipulation upon cynical manipulation. Otherwise, it's good.

This book and the entire project are something I've waiting for for decades. It is an essential for any Muslim's library if you care for the Sirah of the Habib ﷺ. It shows so many important people and places. There are videos on YouTube and an interactive website you can access as well.

Amazing book. Rushkoff lifts the veil on a lot of bullshit that is being sold as progress, and it's beyond necessary at this point. I like how exposes how many scientists like Dawkins and Pinker (and many more) were tied to Epstein and his eugenics plans, which is also something that Musk is about and so many of these sick and perverse tech bros.

The book is excellent. I pray the author receives funding and can make an expanded version with maps and images and diagrams and timelines to really help us understand this history. He really helps us to understand how widespread literacy was among enslaved Muslim Africans and an overall history of their presence and influence on history. And their nobility among the ignoble. And fight for freedom. Alhumdulillah.

Abdullah's own writing is inspiring and engaging and seems well-substantiated so far. I just finished the first chapter and it was honestly masterful how he dealt with the continuation of the Crusades in the Americas with the Spanish and Portuguese in particular. Well-written and well-researched. Amazing.

I don't know why the author allowed the false claim that Islam was spread by the Arab slave trade in Africa in the foreward by the Grenadan ambassador Arley Gill. That's not a real historical observation. That's baseless anti-historical propaganda. (pages 9-10). I do not think the content of the book is misleading like that, but that is really a trash take. No real historian makes this claim.

Love this project. I've been wanting to document indigenous stick arts around the world for a long time, so I'm excited to see this project and hope to work with some of the people who are part of it in the future.
