Finally gotten back in to some kind of reading groove. I just have to force myself to read. 😅 Because when I do start reading I can keep the momentum going. It's just a matter of consciously choosing to read instead of watching a TV show or doom scrolling online 🙃

I got passed the twist now, didn't see that coming. Then again, I wasn't that invested while reading this one. Personally I feel the story seems stretched out. I don't think I can finish this tonight but I'll try. I do want to finish a book this year lol

I picked this book up again and read it for an hour yesterday. That's good for me, because I haven't been reading a lot the past few months. I don't think I have finished a book this year. I need discipline haha... when I think about where my time goes, I think I could do less with social media. Sometimes I find myself just doom-scrolling for 30 minutes after waking up. I need to not do that anymore.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel that a lot of the book is just padding... I binge-read books 1 to 4 last year, and I don't know, I was expecting this book to be past-faced, but it's dragging. Or maybe I'm also to blame because I haven't been reading a lot lately. I'm down to the last 200 pages and things seem to be picking up now so maybe I'll fly through the last pages.
