I'm refusing to read the unnamed citizen sections more thoroughly than at a skim; I understand why they're there but beyond acting as historian/Cassandra I find them insufferably smug and dry and unnecessary - I don't care that much about how the world got to the way it is, nope.

Also man how did I end up rooting for franklin, the guy i picked as Patrick Bateman analog?

Loving all of these threads. Moving from one pov to the next keeps things hopping, although my hopes for the story are getting... complicated.
