Pretty sure this book was written by AI. Layout is weird, sentences feel off and some don't make a lot of sense. Lack of listed author is another one. The fact that the latter 2/3 of the book matches the others in this series is annoying as only the first 1/3, if that, is about grimdark writing.

I have realized what is bugging me about this book. It's the prose. It borders on purple prose and that often makes it hard to visualize what is going on. I had to go back at points and reread sections to better grasp what happened because the author would rather wax on about what everything is like, rather than actually describe what is happening.
