everything in this chapter feels like it was dependent on a previous chapter that either a) was never written or b) edited out

i think id dnf if this wasnt as fast paced as it is or it wasn’t an old netgalley request from 2020

i’m genuinely going crazy. did i skip a chapter? ‘if this is what i think it is” WHAT ARE YOU REFERRING TO I HAVE NO IDEA how is this book both over and under edited

trying to finish this by the end of january so I’m going to have to pick up my pace and read more than one short story a night lol

Also not a fan of needing to tell us the man watching porn in the library was writing an academic paper. Kinda feels like it’s undercutting all the points made about intellectual freedom and censorship by making sure we all know it was a “morally acceptable” use.

I do think it’s a bit of an oversight to not have someone, in this day and age, remember that people living in the same house have the same IP address and make it a “twist” in the second to last chapter. Like literally I called this 3 chapters ago.
